Our co-founders were brought together by a shared vision to build better in Bali. Our projects are developed, designed, and constructed with grace for the people, the land, and the spirits of Bali.

Ensuring that our projects benefit the nearby Banjars (villages) and local people is a key priority early in our project planning.

We design regenerative projects that create minimal impact to the land and ecology, that respect rivers and watersheds, and that incorporate healthy and sustainable materials, systems, and strategies.

Building Balinese Temples on-site so local staff can make offerings and carry out traditional spiritual practices is one of the ways we honor Bali’s culture.

For new projects, we work with local priests and village leaders to carry out traditional land blessings and other ceremonial activities throughout the project life cycle.

We employ a local staff and we partner with local architects and builders with local staff in an effort to create jobs to benefit local people in all our projects.
