SANCTUARY VILLAS
Located in the heart of Jalan Bisma, a short walk away from Ubud’s famous Monkey Forest and Ubud Palace, the Sanctuary Villas Project includes 11 stunning villas that showcase traditional Indonesian architecture blended with minimalistic Scandinavian design.
The most unique feature of Sanctuary Villas is that each unit is a stand-alone home with its own entrance and a private garden and pool. This design allows guests to enjoy the experience of having their own luxury private villa rental for a fraction of the cost.
When the project was first launched by With Grace Group co-founder, the plan was to develop three simple villas, sold off-plan. However, when word got out about the quality, price, and vision, investors were quick to fund an expanded project which led to the 11-villa complex.

A visionary community village project, Temple Village will include 35+ private villas (1-3 bed), a conscious cuisine restaurant with multipurpose space for community events and co-working, a steam dome spa & sauna facility, guest accommodations, a sacred temple shala spaces for retreats and events to be hosted, and a spacious riverside recreation area.

BALI CONCRETE PANELS
A partnership between With Grace Group and PEG Group, Bali Concrete Panels is a precast hollow core concrete wall panel and structural slab manufacturing facility in West Bali.
The factory will produce sustainable and affordable building materials to projects throughout Bali, increasing their value and longevity, at a lower cost and higher quality that traditional building methods. Pre-sales of concrete wall panels are open now, expected to begin shipping to projects in late 2025.
